Because our products are food items (coffee and tea), we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped. This helps protect product safety and quality.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and shipping package (showing any damage/issue)
